I have fond memories of this bread growing up. My role went from watching to coloring the eggs an placing them to finally dividing and brading the dough. I looked forward to this bread almost as much as Easter itself.
A rich,soft and a bit sweet braided loaf with a beautifully colored egg nesteled in it. Some where between Brioche plain cinnamon roll in texture and sweetness. Unfortunatly the egg becomes ineatable after baking but it sure is beautiful.
