Layers and layers of light crispy real butter puff pastry topped with coarse natural sugar and baked till golden brown. The are delicious just like that but then we fill them up with rich buttercream or Italian pastry cream.
I grew up eating these often because they were my late mothers absolute favorite. You might have heard them referred to as "lady Locks" or "Crema horns"
Each crispy shell is approximately 5” long and perfect size to go with your coffee or tea. You get 12-13 filled Cannoncini.
